Iconization 160709

Over the recent past I have been observing this trend...that is, people like to find those things on the Internet which are simpler, readable and most importantly 'short' ; for an instance if someone comes across a blog which has loads of text and no images or Graphical Conveying Media elements then, he or she might simply scroll down and exit. On the other hand if a blog contains few text (no long sentences and no paragraphs at all), bolder letters, and loads of GCMe or Graphical Conveying Media elements then he or she might very well stay on the blog post and further, if liked will bookmark or simply right click on an image and click 'save image as'.

I believe this factor should be taken into consideration, especially by those who want to build large readers or those who aim at monetizing. But I might not agree with this factor in case if someone simply wants to speak the heart out...then one won't like to keep the word count low. Isn't it!
With nexus to this 'keep your word count low' factor for blogging, I recently came across a similar kind of blog  which read 'a photo blog'... The idea is really catchy...post a series of pictures/ photos, which weave a nice story (well, I think 'story-fying' shouldn't  be compulsive factor though!). But isn't it really cool & easy like that, just scroll through the picture stream and get to know the idea...& this is quick 'light-weight' for our eyes. I think I'll try that some day :-)
As of now I have something very shareable for you...icons, and all the icons(.ico) which I am publishing in this post, are designed by me. Just as a reminder that "energenesis" is a place where I will share my creative side with the likes of people like you, who have interest in Design & Creativity...or those who have an eye of appreciation for good design.
So here is the link to the icon-set named ICONIZATION_160709. (note: The number after the title of the icon set is the date in d/m/y format)

Showcase: Varquazar's Logo Designs

Designing Logos has been one of the irresistible activities for me. There were many people around me who would say "how can you spend time on designing such petty things?" But today every body will agree that logos play a very important role in all walks of life (mostly commercial). Moreover the Internet has amplified the importance of logos; they are everywhere over the web, and serve their purpose rightly. As far as I am concerned, I won't ever stop designing logos...no matter what, even if I get someone to appreciate them or not, even if I don't get a client for my logos who will pay me for designing logos...I mean all these things won't be able to stop me from creating logos, I get immense sense of satisfaction by doing the design...every time I design something, I feel I have put that day to some good use.
As a part of liking, I have decided to publish few of my logo designs. Currently I am into designing Blog Headers & Icons, so the logo-designing has been kept aside for now, but if anyone of you likes my logos, I will be pleased to design some logos for you with almost negligible fees (negotiable enough), provided you want a professional logo(s) designed from ME. Hope you'll like them. A comment from you, about what you feel about my logo designs, is really valuable for me; So even if you don't plan to offer me a logo design contract, feel free to comment, I am always open to suggestions from you.

Showcase: Varquazar's Photography Pics

Leather TurfOne of my hobbies which I cherish a lot is  'Photography'. As an architect by profession, I am more into the architectural photography, as it is also a part of my project-work, that is, whenever a project is completed in all aspects, we architects (mostly all) tend to document that project where the final building photographs are always an added advantage; That way I maintain a collection of albums with photographs of some aesthetically rich projects on which I have worked.
I might carry on with this architectural side of photography, but I don't intend to reach out just those people who are into architecture that is why I won't elaborate that aspect in here. Moreover the selective photographs which I am going to post here are based on nature & still-life (conceptually) so I am sure you will enjoy these. So here are a few of my photography-pics, & yes feel free to comment on what you think about the photographs. :-)

Varquazar says...

Welcome to energenesis!
Since last few weeks I went into a hibernate mode, didn't wrote post for energenesis. The reason was I was exploring the infinite world of blogging, HTML coding & related stuff...I did collected some valuable information & am still in the process of updating myself with the fast-paced 'e-world' but thought that this should not be the reason for not posting...

Along the way on the learning curve...I zeroed on one thought of mine...that 'I would,...from now on use energenesis only for design related stuff & am planning to create a new blog (name not yet decided). That new blog will see a mixture of Informative as well as design related posts' I plan to post few collections of icon-sets all designed by me...Currently I am working on 'varxfabets', it's the name given to the icon-set based on alphabets (it's like varx+alfabets = varxfabets ). But it'll take some time before that. I'll probably publish two sets named as 'Guild War Icons-set' & 'Age Of Empires Icons-set'.
I thing that will be the content for my next post in here.(probably)..This post is more as a intro in words, that of the idea or concept of this blog; whereas the previous post titled 'energenesis outbreak' is also an intro but in picture frames (check it out if you haven't seen that post). Energenesis will still see some changes in a few day, as I am still in the process of dressing it up...Hope you'll like the place in here.

Energenesis Outbreak

Welcome to energenesis, this first post at energenesis is a pictorial slide-show sequence describing the concept story of the blog...Design is always going to be 'food' for this blog. I plan to make it an active source, free of any inhibitions, those of graphics design & modern digital art (does include digital/electronic art as well). By saying 'active' I intend to make this blog a platform for young designers like me, to interact & share their designs, thoughts & suggestions; so energenesis is intended to be active in that sense. :-)

I need suggestions...loads of them, from you design enthusiasts, to help me make this place a better sharing platform. Invariably I take into consideration the ideology that 'as I call you guys for helping my blog grow, I should also do something on the similar lines, so that I help you in growing your blog as well... I would love to provide you any help in the field of design resources, Ideas, art pieces, design suggestions, and even helping you set your blog exactly the way you want it to be. So please get yourself to spun a friendly creative & truly resourceful, open group of individuals & bloggers.
